Ciara is the Managing Director of White Spire, a Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and holds an MBA and PMP certification. With over 20 years of experience across finance, sustainability, and complex project delivery, she has worked with clients ranging from SMEs to some of the world’s most recognised brands — particularly in manufacturing, medtech, and global supply chains.
Ciara leads ESG and carbon reporting projects with a focus on clarity, structure, and business alignment. She sits on multiple boards and chairs the Sustainability Committee for Galway Chamber, where she champions practical, business-led sustainability.
She’s known for making compliance accessible and actionable. Ciara believes the best outcomes come from within — when internal teams are empowered with the right tools, guidance, and confidence to deliver.
