The Process Transformation Workshop is an interactive workshop designed for those working in and leading finance and back-office functions. This course combines theory around Design Thinking with practical exercises to enable participants to identify process improvement opportunities and deliver the change required to execute. During the course, participants will delve into the theory of Design Thinking, a problem-solving approach that encourages innovation and user-centred solutions. Through practical exercises and group discussions, participants will learn how to apply Design Thinking, Change Management and “Negotiation for Collaboration” to their work environments, enabling them to identify opportunities for process improvement. Participants will leave this energising, engaging day with the tools to implement these practices in their roles immediately and the know how to build a roadmap to efficiency and execute on it. This workshop can be run onsite in 1 day or delivered online in 2 to 3 shorter modules which can be designed according to your organisations needs. 12 is the maximum size of workshop in order to get the most value for the participants on the day.
